Entertainment first

Before anything else: this service is entertainment. Readings are fiction and are not advice. Do not rely on anything produced here, and seek qualified legal, medical or psychological counsel for any real concern. The ThinkZone accepts no liability for any misfortune that may befall any user, in any form, at any time.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and sign-in credentials.
• Mystics you create: the traits you chose and the generated name, biography and portrait.
• Session content: your questions, the cards drawn, the dreams you describe and the readings returned.
• Remembered details: facts about you extracted from your questions so future readings feel continuous.
• Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

The memory feature

When you ask a question, an automated process scans it for details worth carrying forward — a first name, an occupation, a recurring worry — and stores them against your account. Those details are supplied to your mystic in later sessions, whatever method you choose. Every stored detail is visible in your account and can be deleted individually or all at once. Deleting a memory removes it from future readings.

Please do not enter sensitive information: health records, government identifiers, financial account numbers, passwords, or the private details of other people.

How we use it

To operate your account, produce readings, keep sessions continuous, enforce session allowances, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Processors

We use third-party providers for hosting, database and authentication, and for the AI models that generate portraits, characters and readings. Content you submit is transmitted to those model providers solely to produce your reading. Providers are bound by their own terms and security obligations.

Retention

Account data, mystics, sessions and memories are kept until you delete them or close your account, after which they are removed from live systems within a reasonable period, subject to backups and any legal obligation to retain records.

Your choices

You can view, correct, export or delete your mystics, sessions and remembered details from your account, and you can close your account entirely. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal information.

Children

The service is not intended for anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service grows. Material changes will be posted here.
