Terms & Conditions
Mysticably is operated by The ThinkZone.
1. Entertainment only
Mysticably is a work of entertainment. Mystics, their names, faces, biographies and voices are fictional characters generated by software. Card draws are produced by a random number generator. Interpretations, readings, dream analyses and any other output are creative fiction produced by automated systems and have no predictive, diagnostic or factual value whatsoever.
2. Not advice — do not rely on it
Nothing produced by this service is advice of any kind. It is not legal, medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, tax, investment, career, relationship, parenting, spiritual or safety advice, and it must never be treated as such. You agree not to rely on any output of this service when making any decision, taking any action, or refraining from any action.
For any real matter, seek qualified professional counsel: a licensed attorney for legal questions, a licensed physician or mental-health professional for medical and psychological questions, a licensed financial professional for money questions. If you are in crisis or considering harming yourself or anyone else, stop using this service and contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
4. Acceptable use
Questions must be of the kind ordinarily brought to a fortune teller. The service will decline questions that are off-topic, that seek professional advice, that concern the wellbeing or private affairs of identifiable third parties, or that are unlawful, abusive or intended to produce harmful content. Repeated misuse may end your access without refund.
5. Memory and content
To make sessions feel continuous, the service may record details you volunteer and reuse them in later readings. Do not enter sensitive personal information, medical history, government identifiers, financial account details or the private information of other people. You may review and delete stored details at any time from your account.
6. Payments and future features
Some features are described as forthcoming and may change, be delayed or be withdrawn. Where paid plans, session allowances or purchasable decks are introduced, their terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Digital items are licensed for use within Mysticably, not sold as property, and are non-transferable.
7. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate, appropriate or useful.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The ThinkZone, its owners, officers, employees, contractors and suppliers are not liable for any misfortune, loss, injury, damage, distress, expense or adverse outcome of any kind that may occur to any user or to any other person, in any form, at any time, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary, and whether arising from use of the service, reliance on any output, inability to access the service, or any decision taken or not taken in connection with it. This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ten United States dollars.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The ThinkZone against any claim arising from your use of the service, your breach of these terms, or any action you took on the basis of anything produced here.
10. Changes and termination
We may amend these terms, alter the service, or close accounts at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
